Heather's Improved Homemade Meatballs

This recipe is my "new and improved" version of homemade meatballs!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 tsp garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly until the meat is well incorporated with the other ingredients. Shape the mixture into small meatballs. Add meatballs to the bottom of a pan and cook over MEDIUM heat; Cover and cook. Turn the meatballs once after 5 – 7 minutes of cooking time. Once the meatballs are fully cooked, turn the heat down to LOW and add your choice of spaghetti sauce. Allow the sauce to warm and then serve over pasta.
