- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 carrots
- 1 small bunch kale
- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 bay leaf
- water
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, clean and chop all ingredient
throw in pot
cover with water
bring to a boil
turn down to simmer
cover and let cook for 1 hour
add salt and pepper
then blend really well and serve
