Pureed Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small bunch kale
  • 10 Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1 bay leaf
  • water
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, clean and chop all ingredient
throw in pot
cover with water
bring to a boil
turn down to simmer
cover and let cook for 1 hour
add salt and pepper
then blend really well and serve
