Jack Stack BBQ Beans

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. can pork and beans (or a combination of beans totalling 32 oz)
  • 1 C. chopped brisket
  • 1 C. BBQ sauce
  • 4 heaping T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1/2 C. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a 4 qt. saucepan. Over medium heat, bring beans to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Cook beans for 20 minutes or until a thick, soupy consistency is reached. Serve.
