Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert

Ingredients

  • 15 marshmallows
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 4 ozs candy bar (milk chocolate, with almonds)
  • 1 13 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsps powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsps butter
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Step 1

1 Set out butter to soften.
2 Put first three ingredients in top pan of double boiler, melt, cool, stir, set aside.
3 Combine graham crumbs, powdered sugar, and butter.
4 Set aside 2 tablespoons of crumb mixtures.
5 Toss and press into 8" square pan.
6 Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mix.
7 Put this chocolate mixture on top of the crumb layer.
8 Put remaining crumbs on top.
9 Refrigerate several hours.
