Ingredients
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
- 3 cups flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 Tablespoons EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let bubble. Combine flour and salt in food processor. Add EVOO to yeast mixture. Turn on processor and pour in yeast mixture. Mix for 20-40 seconds. Bake as desired.
