Ingredients
- Shrimp
- salt
- red pepper.
- Onion (medium)
- tomatoes (14 1/2 oz can)
- white wine
- dried oregano
- parsley
- basil
Preparation
Step 1
Coat 1lb of Shrimp with salt & red pepper.
Heat skillet and cook shrimp until pink.
Remove shrimp.
Add onion (medium) and sauté, when translucent add tomatoes (14 ½ oz can), white wine and dried oregano.
Simmer 10 minutes until sauce thickens add shrimp to sauce.
Add parsley and basil
