Bread Stuffing

Preparation:
Saute onions and celery in the butter or margarine until tender, stirring often.
Add poultry seasoning & sage and stir to combine.
Add the bread cubes and the broth and toss well to combine.
At this point you can stuff into a bird or put into a 2 quart oiled baking dish.
If using a baking dish, bake in 375º F oven for 30 minutes

- 4 cups Day Old Mina's Purely Divine Bread, cubed
- 1/3 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Ground Sage
- 1 1/4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
