  • 2 t dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 t salt
  • 4 t freshly grd pepper
  • 2 (12 oz) pork tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 T OO

Preparation

Step 1

Mix rosemary, garlic, mustard, S & P in small bowl
Rub mix evenly over pork; place in shallow dish
Let stand at room temperature for 15 min or in the ’fridge up to 2 hours
Brown pork on all sides in heated OO in skillet
Place in baking pan
Bake at 400˚ for 20 minutes or until cooked through
