- 1 box Cranberry Orange Muffin mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Set aside 1/4 cup muffin mix. Place remaining mix, water, and apricot preserves in medium bowl. Stir together until moistened. Fold in drained cranberries. Spoon batter into lightly greased 8x8x2 pan. In separate bowl, stir together reserved mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes until toothpick comes clean.
