Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 T butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk, buttermilk, non-fat plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt, eggnog
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t butter extract
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1-1/4 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Cream butter and sugar
Whisk in the egg
Whisk in the milk
Whisk in the vanilla and butter extracts
Stir in the salt
Stir in the baking powder
Stir in the flour
Using the whisk beat for 3 minutes
Pour the batter evenly into 12 paper lilned cupcake pans.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and skewer comes out clean
