- 3 pounds chuck roast 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
- accent® seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup garlic wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of chuck roast with accent. Combine the rest of ingredients for marinade. Pour over roast and marinate at least 2-3 hours. Broil or grill about 35-45 minutes for a medium rare roast.
