Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup barley flakes
  • 1 cup rye flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberrries or chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/4 cups chopped roasted almonds
  • 1/4 kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 month ahead. Store airtight in a cool, dry place.
