- Angel food cake mix
- 19 oz can crushed Pineapple

Step 1
Box of AFC and a 19oz can of CRUSHED pineapple (I use the no-name brand of each). Empty box and can(fruit + juice) into large bowl and mix well with a large spatula. It may seem dry at first, but do not add any water. Bake @ 325. My AFC tin takes about 50 mins but I suspect in a lasagna pan would be less . You want it to be a nice deep golden brown when done. The top may even crack, but that's ok. Let it cool in the pan. Enjoy! I like serving it w/cool whip and berries.
