Cream Cheese Filling for Pancakes

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand or on medium speed with hand mixer. Divide among pancakes, roll and serve.
