Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs. pork spareribs (baby back)
  • 1 Tablespoon oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except ribs and oil in slow cooker.

2. Brown ribs in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

3. Cover. cooke on low 4 to 6 hours.
