  • 6 * 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced (2 pounds)
  • 1 * 1 Tbs flour
  • * salt and pepper to taste
  • * butter or margarine
  • * milk, preferably hot

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place a layer of potatoes in a greased casserole dish
2. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper
3. Dot with butter or margarine
4. Repeat, making 3 layers
5. Pour milk to barely cover potatoes
6. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour
