Grilled Guinness Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound cubed beef roast
  • 1/2 cup Guinness, or stout beer
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • raw vegetables of your choice, I used 2 red bell peppers and 1 red onion

Mix beer, broth, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add cubed beef and let it soak overnight.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before skewering beef.

Chop vegetables, approximately the same size as the beef.

Arrange your kabobs any way you want.

Place your kabobs on the grill.

Brush with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

Grill (indoor or outdoor) for about 10 minutes each side or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
