Preparation
Step 1
Remove turkey from bags, and discard brine. Rinse turkey with cold water; pat
dry. Then, Mix all above and put under skin and a little on top of skin. Drizzle lots oil all over top. Stuff turkey, tie up legs. Cover wings & breast.
Place water, chicken broth, sage, parsley, rosemary, white wine and broth in the bottom of a roasting pan.
