Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 - 10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli spears
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 - 10 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - dash sherry
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Lay chicken breasts in pan. Mix broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle topping mix on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
