HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL

A colorful cheese ball to serve with crackers for a holiday event.

Ingredients

• 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
• Chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into the shape of a ball. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts. Top with a maraschino cherry. Refrigerate. Serve with a variety of crackers.
