Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg replacer or 1 flax egg which is 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal and 3 Tablespoons water
  • 2-1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
