Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg replacer or 1 flax egg which is 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal and 3 Tablespoons water
- 2-1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
