Ingredients
- 6 baby zucchini
- 20-25 leaves of basil
- a pinch of salt
- freshly milled pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 80 g feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the zucchini place in a bowl. Add basil, chives, salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice and 50 g feta crumbled. Shake well together and use your fingers to stir. Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes,
Serve on a plate sprinkled with a little pepper and chives, drizzled with oil and sprinkle the crumbled cheese on top.
