Pork loin with cranberries and orange in crockpot

Ingredients
- 1 4 to 5 pd pork loin trimmed
- salt and pepper
- 1 T oil
- 1 14oz can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 3 long strips orange zest trimmed of white pith
- 1/8 t ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
dry pork with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
brown on all sides in oil
place roast in crockpot
combine all other ingredients and pour over roast
cook on low 8 to 10 hours
