Raw Thousand Island Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch each of sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked for 20 minutes
  • Pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend together all ingredients.
2. If dressing is too thick, add a little water.
