Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch each of sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked for 20 minutes
- Pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend together all ingredients.
2. If dressing is too thick, add a little water.
