Ingredients

  • 1 T peanut oil
  • 2 cup chopped onion, green pepper, and carrots
  • 3 t ground ginger
  • 3 cup oyster mushrooms
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 2 cups cooked rice - cold - can be instant rice
  • 1 T each butter, water, oyster flavored sauce, soy sauce.
  • 1 cup cut up cooked ham or chicken or pork or beef or shrimp.
  • 1-cup snow peas

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in wok, med heat; add onions, bell peppers, and carrots.
Cook till tinder (5min). Stir in ginger, add mushrooms till soft (2min). Remove to bowl, living leaving oil, add egg and fry till dune done (2min). Remove to bowl, add cold rice and butter to wok mix till heated, add veggies veggies, meet meat, cooked egg, oyster & soy sauce. Mix well and serve.
