Ingredients
- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes in half or quarters
Add oil, salt, pepper & garlic, toss till coated.
Please on sheet pan.
Roast 45 minutes to an hour.
Flip until brown.
Remove when done, toss with parsley.
