Shrimps Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. oil
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder -- less is GOOD
  • 2 tbs. sugar
  • 4 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. hoisin sauce
  • 4 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 c. celery (chopped)
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tbs. green onion or parsely (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Turn heat on high in a wok pan.
2. Add 1 tsp of oil
3. Add veggies, mix around for 10 seconds
3. Add egg, mix with veggies
4. Add shrimp, stir fry for 1 min
5. Add rice, mix then add sauces
6. Make sure that all the sauces are spread around. Rice will turn golden color. Stir fry 1 min.
7. Take off heat, serve with green onion
