Chicken Thighs - Honey mustard encrusted - Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 oz. Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 400. Move shelf to center rack.

2) In a lg. bowl combine breadcumbs, garlic, rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Toss in 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil to moisten the mixture and set aside.

4) Brush Chicken with Mustard and roll in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly covered.

5) Arrange Chicken Thighs on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes.
