Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • Puffs:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • Cream:
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of milk.

Preparation

Step 1

Puffs:
Heat water, butter and salt to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat and quickly stir in flour, mixing vigorously
Remove from heat.
Beat in egg one at a time with wooden spoon.

*don't grease
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake for 10 minutes @ 400 degrees
Lower to 350 degrees and bake 25 minutes.

Make slit in each put and leave in oven with door open for 5 minutes.

Cream:
Mix with mixer until thick.

Yields: 12 large 24 small puffs.
