Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp (about 25 per pound)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in an ungreased 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish; place in oven until butter melts, about 4 minutes.
Stir wine, Cajun seasoning, and shrimp into butter in dish. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Serve in shallow bowls.
