Bread Sticks

  • 1/3 butter
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees
Melt butter in baking pan, 13x9x2
Stir Bisquick and water together with fork in bowl to form a sof dough.
Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough inot rectangle, 10x6 inches, with lightly floured stockinet covered rolling pin. Cut lengthwise in half. Cut each half crosswise into 12 equal strips, 3 inches long and about 3/4 inch wide.
Dip each strip inot melted butter add to pan. Coat both sides.
