Salad - Chicken 'Chinese'

Ingredients

  • 1 Vaccum'd Sealed Sliced Sesame Chicken Culets
  • 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey (only if using white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 cups coarsely shredded iceberg lettuce (1 Med. head)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro; chopped
  • 1/3 cup Roasted Peanuts; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions; slices
  • 1/4 cup Ginger; crystallized & chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Thaw cutlets in refrig. overnight or cut corner of bag & defrost in microwave on defrost setting for 10 mintues or until chicken is slightly soft
2.) Combine vinegar, soy sauce,(honey if using white wine), & Sesame oil in small bowl
3.) Combine remaining ingredients and sliced chicken in a large bowl.
4.) Toss salad with dressing & serve immediately.
