Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 24 PREBAKED tart shells
Preparation
Step 1
Prebake pie shells.
Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, salt and vinegar in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Stir to combine ingredients. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Whisk in eggs.
Divide mixture into tart shells.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes until bubbly and set.
