Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground dry mustard
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup good olive oil
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil. Serve with the gravlax.
