Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. noodles
  • 1 T. safflower oil
  • cube or sharp cheddar cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • finely cut up celery
  • 3 T. liquid blue cheese dressing OR
  • a little blue cheese crumbled
  • paprika
  • Just before serving, some real mayonnaise
  • chives, scallions, optional
  • pineapple slices or pieces
  • ADD MAYO ONLY upon serving

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta and add one T oil. Let sit in refrig a while. Add a cube of (?) sharp cheddar cheese, a sprinkling of herb mix, celery, blue, paprika, and JUST BEFORE SERVING SOME REAL MAYO.
