Easy Peach cobbler

Ingredients

• 4 c fresh peaches sliced
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 egg beaten
• 6 T butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

place peaches in bottom of 9x9 pan or casserole
sprinkle lemon juice over peaches
sift dry ingredients
beat egg slightly and add to dry ingredients-toss with fork until crumbly
sprinkle over peaches
drizzle butter over top
bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
