CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 pints of corn - cob, crushed, or creamed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs - beaten well
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk or half and half
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together - adding corn last.

Place in greased baking dish with lumps of butter on top.

Place baking dish in water in a pie pan to preven corn from sticking to dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done
