Ingredients

  • 4 C fresh basil
  • 1 C olive oil
  • 4 T pinenuts
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch basil for 10 seconds. Rinse in ice water
Squeeze out water.
Put all ingredients in blender.
