Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. cleaned and deveined shrimp
  • 4 strips raw bacon
  • cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Blend in soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in shrimp until lightly coated. cover and marinate 30 minutes or longer. Remove cover. Lay bacon across shrimp.

Broil in hot broiler at 425 for 15 minutes or until shrimp are done. Do not over cook. Spoon shrimp and sauce over cooked rice. Enjoy.....
