Ingredients
- 1 pkg corn (frozen 10 oz) thawed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except oil. Heat oil in the skillet on medium heat. Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into hot oil. Cook 3 minutes on each side.
