CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup colby & monterrey jack cheese
- 1 bag frozen broccoli,thawed and chopped
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook chickenMeanwhile, chop the broccoli. Okay…so we used frozen broccoli, and while I know they make the frozen chopped broccoli, the store wasOUT. SO, I chopped my own…and it didn’t take any time.Now, mix all ingredients together.ransfer mixture to a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dishoven to 375. Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
And the most important part…SERVEWITHRICE!!!! Omg…SO AMAZING!!!!!!! This is definitely a meal where the leftovers are *almost* better!! These pictures are making my mouth water…time to eat!!!
