Lemon Rosemary Pork Chops

By

Here is one of the best pork chop recipes I have ever tasted. Once you taste these pork chops I think you will agree that they are the best pork chop you will ever eat. Pork Chops have always been one of my favorite foods but when I tasted these mouth watering pork chops I was hooked.

One thing I go for when cooking is the flavor. And the flavor of these pork chops is so wonderful. You want to use a package of dry Italian Seasoning. And purchase fresh grated Parmesan cheese from the deli section of your supermarkets deli. Or purchase a small piece of Parmesan cheese and grate it yourself.

You will want a large baking pan to cook these pork chops on and I would suggest that you line it with tinfoil for ease of clean up. You will want to use large loin cut pork chops for the best flavor. Now you will want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Lemon Rosemary Pork Chops Recipe
I love Rosemary and I grow it in my garden to use on pork, chicken, and lamb. For this recipe I'm using dried rosemary that I grew last year and dried. I take the rosemary leaves off the twigs and dry them out and then I use the dried rosemary on pork chops, lamb, and chicken. On pork chops rosemary is one of the best spices to use.

I marinade the pork chops in a gallon zip lock bag and I usually leave them in the refrigerator in the zip lock bag over night before I cook my pork chops. I almost always grill these pork chops as I feel they come out the best that way.Lemon Rosemary Pork Chop Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1

What you'll want to do is combine the lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and olive oil in a large zip lock bag and add the pork chops to the bag. Zip the bag closed and put the bag with the pork chops into the refrigerator and leave it there at least four hours.

Cook your pork chops on an oiled grill over medium heat about 7-8 minutes on each side until you get an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. You'll have a pork chop you won't soon forget. I like Brussels Sprouts and Saffron Rice with these pork chops. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are also delicious with these pork chops.
