Ingredients
- 3 pounds of beef for stew, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 5 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces
- 5 potatoes, diced
- 4 onions, quartered
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can (about 28oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tbsps salt
- 1 1/2 tsps paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestshire sauce
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery and tomatoes with juices in slow cooker. Blend water with spices in medium bowl. Add to slow cooker; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Stir occasionally.
