fish Enchaladas

Carolyn's Fish Enchaladas. This is a new recipe .

Ingredients

  • fish
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chiken Soup
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 can green chilies

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soften your tortillas in microwave.
2. Mix soup,green chilies and cheese.
3. Place one piece fish in tortilla and 1 spoon of soup mixture on top. Roll up and place in a 9x12 pan. Top with soup mixture and more cheese.
4. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
