Hot Bacon Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1 loaf (16oz) round bread
• 12 slices center cut bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
• 1 pkg kraft shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
• 1 cup (4oz) kraft grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup kraft real mayonaise
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 1 clove minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread, remove center leaving 1 inch thick shell. Cut bread into bite size pieces.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into bread hole. Cover with top of bread. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 1 hour (reheat in microwave with top on high 1 to 2 minutes).

Serve with bread and crackers.
