Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• 2/3 cup rolled oats (or 1 cup of fine dry bread crumbs)
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• GLAZE
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mold into a bread pan. Pour glaze on top and spread evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
