Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2-4 chicken breasts or pieces of fish
- ...............................................
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 Tablespoon molasses
- 2 Tablespoon lemon (or lime) juice
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice (optional)
- ..........................................
- Glaze:
- 2 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade and put on chicken or fish 3-6 hours. Grill until done.
Whisk together glaze and brush on chicken or fish after it's done.
Note: If any marinade is leftover, it is safe to use as a glaze if heated on stovetop 1-2 minutes.
