Ingredients
- 1 Beef Brisket 3-4 lbs (chuck pot roast, tender chuck, chuck arm, etc.)
- 2-3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour, brown in oil.
2. Cut up potatoes, onions, and carrots into large chunks and place in a slow cooker. Put roast on top of vegetables. Add water and bullion.
3. Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours.
