Pasta and red peppers

Ingredients

  • 5 large red peppers (roasted and skin off)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • Italian seasonings
  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté garlic in 3 tbsp of olive oil. Add peppers and seasonings. Cook on low heat 3-5 minutes. Just before serving add extra 3 tbsp of olive oil toss with pasta and grated cheese.
